How do I clear cached documents and data?

Hi everyone, I just recently realized that cached data took up most of my storage and want to get rid of it. It wasn't a problem on Facebook they have the option under their settings but on apps such as Simfy Africa and Dropbox I couldn't find such settings. Is there another way of clearing this cached data?

Thanks, I checked it. All the different version of ccleaner deal with contacts cleanup.

Just wanted to post the same, seems as if very few apps have the option to delete the documents and data. We need to delete the app and reinstall it I'm afraid

If you're talking about iOS apps then just delete and reinstall them.
