How do I create a custom service in 2003

Hi
I use Gbridge to do remote work on PC. The problem is it does not run as a service. So you have to logon before it starts. Is there a way to create a script or service to run a program before logon?
This for a Server with 2003 on it.

Alternatively I will have to go the DynDNS route with RDC but would prefer to use Gbridge

I don't know gbridge, but the one dyndns updater is able to be installed as a service, and is able to connect/update even though nobody have logged in to the PC.

I want to get our VPN connection to connect by itself if the server suddenly restarts, but haven't had time to implement this.

I created the service and it works but it does not want to start, I think it’s got to do with the program as the developer said he was going to include the service function in an update but that has not happened yet.
