How do I dial 10219...

...from a phone that requires me dial zero to get an outside line? I tried 010219 but that didn't work. I've been with those iBurst cows for over 2 years and I'm gatvol! Their traffic shaping is making me

I was dialling 010219 without waiting for a tone

Incase (long shot) it helps anyone, if you're using a moden and have to dial a 0 to get an "outside" line, you add 0, (thats zero comma) and then the number.

I had to because I was applying for a telephone line.
