How do I find chef forums (apart from this one)

I have just started my own business growing Micro Greens and specialised fresh produce for elite chefs. I am looking for chef forums / chat sites / contact lists. Should have done this before I spent loads on a greenhouse but I figured that I would get product going and then find the chefs - the market is there trust me. Is there a list of chefs attached to 3 - 5 star hotels / restaurants? I already have quite a good list (having trolled through thenet and collecting a whole bunch of names and numbers.
Anyone got any suggestions.

Thanks guys - sorry about the delay - have been bladdy busy extending greenhouse growing tables - so apart from looking like sh*t - I smell like it to (that may turn some on but I won't go there). Shallots? sure - but it will be the real shallot (I import my seeds so that they are heirloom and I can seed save) - I have issues around hybrids and how these corporates are stuffing up the rural areas. In the old days the rural folk would be able tosave a bag of seed for the next year planting and then sell the rest of the harvest - nowdays the corporates are giving out free seed for the first year and then the subsistence farmers are forced to buy seed from thereon on. But thats my little rant for the day.
Who's DJ and how do I find him (new to chats - remember I talk to plants and beer occassionally but not really to people).
I will PM the other guy once I find out how to - yeah yeah i am a retard!.
Also started with pea shoots - bladdy awesome flavour punch and are stunning to look at - put some on top of a salad, pizza, steak and OMG! Your life will never be the same again.
Currently am only looking at Gauteng East Rand (South Africa).
 
Cant find a DJ - can somebody please wake him up and tell him I am doff and cant find him.
