How do I force an upgrade on an old Duel View decoder

My old Duel View decoder randomly restarts all the time, some times when i switch channels or just randomly.

I hope an upgrade will fix this problem?

Phone Monochoice to reset your decoder,might sort out the problem??

Reboot your decoder. While the 'dl' is flashing,press menu and down arrow on your decoder simultaneously. then quickly press menu,up arrow,down arrow and then again menu and that should do it.

Thanx Joe, but it seems I have the latest software upgrade and the decoder still resets.

Can this be a heat issue?

Hmm,i dont think so hey. I know mine also used to reset quite often but then i realised it was due to me having more than one network in my dstv setup. As soon as i disabled the other networks leaving only the pas7.the problem seemed to be resolved.
