End of September was the end of my first 12 months on the 256K.I'm now fed up with the service I get.Being a Nowire client , there's no way of logging calls after the cut-off time (23H00).Sentech does not log issues if one is a Nowire client. If one does manage to get through , its usually to a voicemail box.Broadband is suppose to be on all the time and hence one would expect 24-7 support.Since last year Nowire "have been looking into it".I'm just tired of the 799/pm for a slow connection that only sometimes performs reasonably well.I've tried listening to KISS FM live and the streams keeps getting chopped off.I can't view Google videos because my 256k connection just doesnt cut it.If DC++ is running , browsing becomes impossible. The list is endless.
Ok, what I'm trying to say is....is there a way I can prevent myself from giving Nowire another R9588 ?Am I stuck in this ,and will have to carry this heavy yoke of bad service on my neck for another 12 months ...and time alone(literally) will eventually free me from this painful bondage?

If you simply complain about the service you arae getting then they might let you out. Just say it isnt working out for you and this isnt what they advertised.

I know some people have done this on iBurst without a problem, but Sentech or NoWire might be stuborn, not shure.

You should tell them you've got no signal, or that the service isn't as advertised. They are so deep in the **** right now I don't think they'll care if one more person cancels.
