How do I get Telkom account statement?

Sorry, I've searched this forum and I can't find the answer.
I'm trying to have my father's Telkom landline number ported to his new Internet phone line with Webafrica. After which I want to cancel his Telkom account.
In order for the number porting to happen, I have to submit his latest Telkom account statement to Webafrica.
He doesn't get his account statement emailed to him. I've tried to set this up on his account on Telkcom.co.za but it doesn't work.
I can log onto his account on Telkom.co.za to view his balance, but there doesn't seem to be any way to download an account statement.
I've tried phoning their customer support line at 0800 200 000 and all I get is a robot voice telling me the number doesn't exist.
I requested a customer care callback, but they don't call back.
What can I do? Is there a number I can call, place I can go to to get my father's latest Telkom account statement?
Am at my wits end.
 
OK thanks, that gave me the correct answer.
There is a place on the Telkom website where I can download the account statement, it was just hidden. Thanks for your help.
