Every day, from 3-4PM until after midnight, my internet goes to ****. Latency shoots up unreasonably high, speeds drop to nearly nothing, and I'm stuck with barely usable internet.
This has been going on and off for over a year now. I message/call telkom until I get gatvol of the lack of response, tough through it with the help of a 2nd Afrihost account (which also gets the bad latency/speed around 25% of the time) and then it magically fixes itself for a few weeks before coming back again.
I can't afford to keep the spare Afrihost account any more, so now I'm stuck with this Telkom account my parents are paying for. I can't do any online gaming, watch Youtube, or really anything I have internet for when I'm home.
I've been tweeting and DMing Telkom (I was told this is the best way to get hold of them now?) and it feels like I'm banging my head against a brick wall. Hell, they even copy pasted the same message to me a week apart now.
So please, if anyone can give me any advice on getting them to sort my net out instead of giving me this *** about their support team getting back to me when that's clearly not the case, it would be greatly appreciated.
