How do I get through to a human at MTN?

Using both 808 and 16202 I used to be anle to get through to an operator by bashing 0 but this doesn't work anymore and none of these two numbers has the option to speak to an operator. Can someone give me a number I can call to talk to someone in their billing department. They are billing me R400 extra even though I have rolled over voice data and SMS values.

Cool, thanks. Pushing 0 was cutting me off but I eventually got through. Apparently I need to call them back in a week to find out what is happening because they have a backlog of billing queries.
