After doing a search on this topic on the forums I still can't figure out where to find the log. Can someone please help me or point me to a thread that can help. I've got the Marconi 4-port router.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but simply type 10.0.0.2 in your browser

Then enter your username/password if you havent changed it then : admin/administrator should do the trick

then under "admin priviledge" click on System log and voila,

If that doesn't work you may have to click on the firewal settings and select which events you want it to log.

Having said all that my log looks a little funky so maybe im wrong...

Let me know if that helped otherwise I'll dig a little deeper

Thanks for your reply SuperAntMD. I suppose I should've stated that there does not seem to be any activity in the system log, except for "Received time from Time Server" and some startup messages. I did select all the options under Hacker Log. The reason I'm looking at the firewall is because I have determined that either the router or ADSL connection prevents me from using the goFreeSMS service. If I use dial-up on the same PC then no problem. I can also not receive any replies on the Right Now live chat support system. The support guy on the other side can see what I type but I cannot see his replies (this I realised after he emailed me). So I suppose if the system log does not show any blocked attempts I'm digging in the wrong place
