How do I overcome Lag?

Hi all, I hope someone can give me some advice. I race Grid and a few other titles online but I am getting complaints from other racers that I lag and it spoils it for everyone.

I have a Gigabit LAN running through a Billion Bipac 7300GX Router using 1024 Telkom connection.
The ports are forwarded to Codemasters default 3074 for TCP/UDP.

I have done tests using DynDNS and have found the lag to be worse with the service so it is disabled at the moment.

Axxess 626, no lags.

I am getting complaints from other racers that I lag and it spoils it for everyone.

Same by SAVAGE 2 players on Do1 Telkom Account

on axxess 626 my ping drop by half and no lags.. No complaints

Axxess 626 is the biggest piece of crap I've ever used. My SHAPED Telkom ISP account gives me a ping of 390ms on Guild Wars (American and European servers). 62 gave me a 1 400ms ping! WTF?
