This may sound silly, but I'm battling to transfer a domain away from Mweb because I don't where or how I need to submit the transfer ticket.

Normally I would just update the details of the domain at Uniforum but I get the reply COZA: FAIL: Domain abcdomain.co.za not administered by UniForum SA.

go to the new registrar and request the transfer from there.

for example, you can go to domaincheap.co.za open an account and request the transfer of the domain to your account, with domaincheap as registrar.

transfers are free with domaincheap.

@giovannidc, the reason you received the message “Domain abcdomain.co.za not administered by UniForum SA” is the domain in question is on the new EPP system and MWeb would be the Registrar and not UniForum.

You can go to any domains company and they will initiate a transfer, see my signature below if you need further assistance in anyway

Please make sure that you have notified them of the transfer - afaik their standard notice period is 30 days.
