how do i track a fault report

hi guys, anybody know where i can track the progress of a fault report online as i feel in the dark not knowing whats happening and tired of my line dropping constantly.

ok telkom tell my line is not synchronizing, it was working fine just before the upgraded it from 512 to 4meg, can anybody explian how this happends and how are they going to fix it, this matter i do not understand.

I've got a client at the moment who also upgraded from 512 to 4mb, and his line is getting like 150kbps, and speed tests are showing 250kbps max.

I've advised he phone his ISP and ask to reset his ports and exchange. Maybe you should give that a go as well.
 
acording to my router im getting full speeds and speedtest.net reads at 3.56 mb download and 0.49 upload, so my speeds are there it just keeps dropping all the time.
