So currently my sleep schedule is 11pm to 5/6am though I only really need to get out of bed around 8:30am most days. I find that I'm most productive at night and two times in the last couple weeks I've worked to around 2am and got a lot of work done but the thing is it took me at around about an hour to fall asleep and I still get up around 6 (usually just before) then I essentially waste a couple hours on my phone until I need to get up, I've tried working out in the mornings but that doesn't seem to stick.

The way I'm looking at it I'm wasting 2 to 3 hours of the day in the morning doing nothing and if I had those hours in the night I'd be able to do so much more with it.

The real problem I have at the moment is my sleep breaks around the same time no matter what time I sleep, any suggestions on how I could break this habit will be appreciated.

The longer you work later the later you will start waking up - just need to retrain the cycle. Will need to get black out curtains tho as sun will wake you up as well

I usually go to sleep around 1am. I then wake-up again (don't know why) around 3am and check my phone incase something urgent has happened. Then I fall asleep until 5am. I wake up, sometimes to pee or check phone again, then i go back to sleep until 08:00.

My Best sleep of note is between 5am-8am If that gets interrupted i'm done for the day...

Blackout curtains to keep the room dark might be a good start.

You probably find that you are being awoken by noises outside and light. If you use earplugs and something to cover your eyes you will sleep later.

Keep a good schedule. 1h before bed time swop to doing something relaxing in lower lighting with no blue light.
So basically go to bed at the same time every night and avoid bright screens and light before that.

So no fleshlight an hour before bed?

Im xactly the same but I'm a creature of habit so I just keep myself busy during the day so I go to sleep at right time then it works
