you need to log in to the website and look for the usage meter thingy. ( i cannot get in on my side)

ok did you get on and into the part where it tells you the local and international usage?
 
I suggest you get a program like Netlimiter or DUmeter/Netmeter as then you can monitor usage in real-time and get an idea of what applications use how much bandwidth so you can manage your usage better
