How do you cancel a .co.za update?

I am currently updating the DNS for one of my domains. When I sent the update through I didnt notice I had filled in the 3rd name server incorrectly. I have accepted the ticket and all that.

Now 24 hours later it informs me of the error. How do I cancel the update to correct this without waiting many days for it to time out itself?

I did look over the co.za site, but its very strangely laid out so was unable to find the info I was looking for.

Have patience.

In the mean time, submit the corrected update request.

The last time I made a similar error, the corrected update went through in a wizz, and I had to delete 3 retry messages for the wrong one per day for a week.

What I have done in the past is call the tech support number and ask them to cancel all pending updates. Then I subit a new one.
