How do you cancel a RAIN Order online?

I had 2 sim cards delivered to my through Uber yesterday that I needed urgently.

I followed the Rain RICA story to get them RICA'd but it seems their process is not automated and broken. Its now 12h30 and I still don't have working sim cards.

So i'm just going to MTN to buy 2 sims and rica them on the spot, I can't wait for RAIN to catch a wake up when they decide to RICA.

My question is how do I cancel this pending order now?

So you order two rain sims and then decide no I want MTN because you struggling with RICA

I don't need the ISP, i need the connection. RAIN appeared to be the quicker one given online delivery and online RICA... ?
