Trying to help a friend of mine out over the phone, and either she's being doff or it really is that difficult. I don't have a PVR so have no idea what to tell her to do. She is trying to set up her PVR to record House, but she gets an error message that she has already used up the maximum number of timer scheduled recordings she can use. So now she's trying to cancel the previous scheduled timer instructions, but says she can't find a way to cancel/delete them. Can anyone here give me a hand by way of instructions for PVR Dummies? :)

I have the exact same issue. I am told it’s a stuff up with the HD PVR and the only way to cancel is to do it during the recording of the episode.

That unfortunately does not help me who has some recordings running at 3am. I don’t even know why there is a limit, record all you want till your hard drive is full :-(

Multi Choice are useless at bring out new features / functionality or even just fixing bugs & unless there is huge media pressure don’t do much.

If it's the same as the old PVRs, push the red button, scroll to where it shows you the scheduled recording for the day, at the bottom of the screen it will tell you what button is for Series, you push it (grey I think) and it will list all the series you've set to record. Delete the old ones

With the HD PVR press the red button and then the LEFT arrow twice. Press the yellow button. Use the arrows to highlight the program you want to cancel, and press the red button.
