Newly elected CoJ Mayor Dada Morero has urged its residents cook with gas instead of electricity. What do you primarily use to cook your food?

How about we specify between induction and ordinary heating for electricity

You don't. Electricity includes everything from some stoves to microwaves to slow cookers to air fryers.

If you look at theology, in the Old Testament, the Jews had to do burning offerings sometimes. Now, I'm not a Jew, but I follow in their footsteps in that regard. I do so with gas, mostly.

TL;DR, I can't cook

Mostly microwave, but not sure warming up could be called cooking.. proper meals are with gas.

Gas - primarily. Gas stove. We also use our Weber gas braai for baking and roasting.
Electricity. Pressure cooker, microwave and air fryer.

Primarily gas stove.
And then of course electric for ovens, microwaves, fryers.
But voted gas.

I use gas and electricity. Mainly gas though. I have an induction hob mainly for boiling things. The induction pots and pans I have are super budget and doing anything else in them other than boiling stuff sucks. It will remain a boiler until the hob dies.

Looking at new pots and pans though (for gas). Something that keeps its heat and has great heat distribution on the base of the pan/pot. Non-stick of course. All recommendations are welcome!

Gas. Can't think of a time it was anything but...
