You just have moved a step or two on, by admitting that you are hurt, and then by admitting that you are angry.
It hurts to hurt hey ?
Now, you understand emotional pain. It is a very valuable lesson.
You are angry. That is a reaction to the emotional pain you're feeling.
It is a natural reaction.
Anger is the first band-aid we apply to emotional hurt. Good.
The next step is to work out, exactly what it is that hurt you and why you are angry, how did it all go down,
troubleshooting for understanding from an outsiders point of view, this lets you get perspective.
Talking about it to a close friend also helps you get perspective, or to stranger on a forum, like here.
It's okay to mope around a bit and feel sorry for yourself, after all, you were hurt, and you probably have an urge to lash out or make the other person hurt as much as you are hurting.
Lashing out is the last thing you should. It will provide a very temporary high and will soon leave you feeling weak, pathetic and angrier (with yourself) than before.
Unfortunately it's only after experiencing intense emotional hurt that we understand what it is, from this, you should gain a new understanding of peoples feelings and emotions, if you hurt this much then other people do too, and understand that intense feelings of love cause intense feelings of hurt, and most people try and hide how fragile they really are emotionally.
You can use the anger to be more creative or to make changes in your life.
Anger is a powerful state of mind and provides you with extra energy.
Instead of letting this life lesson drag you down, let it make you stronger and more mature.
People hurt each other, sometimes maliciousely, but mostly without intending to, people have different expectations, limits, ways, attitudes, but in the end it's up to you to get to know exactly what you need, want and expect from yourself and other people around you.
Bottle it up inside, and then one day SNAP and murder everyone.
