The 3G service in knysna and george is very slow and we get time out errors.
I phoned Vodacom as they normaly just reset something. 1 or 2 hours later it works again.
I phoned just now at 5:05 they guys says he will log a call but i must not expect it to be fixed soon as there technitions only work till 5.
Hell what type of a response is this. vodacom has does this on saterdays but now in the middle of the week the whole region must suffer because mr technition has gone on chila. Shurly a company like vodacom has 24 hour technitions. it is a nessessary service to many people. like now i cannot pay bills ect.
