How do you make Milo?

all milk 2 tablespoons of milo (plus one more straight into my gob) heat in the microwave for 1min stir to mix nicely and then put another tablespoon over the top and nuke again for 20-30secs to form a nice crust on top

Take a LARGE glass, fill it 3/4 with full cream milk

Spoon at least 2 dessert spoons of milo into glass on top of milk.

Stir very very briefly, just to allow milo to get moistend by the milk in the glass.

Scoop out the milo from the top off the glass & consume until no more milo is floating.

Spoon at least 2 dessert spoons of milo into glass on top of milk . . . . .

Repeat process until milk is the glass nearly finished

Sounds awesome ... will give it a shot!

They cost the same except when Milo is on special and about R15 cheaper. Plus you have to use about twice as much Milo for the same delicious taste as the hot choccie

Mix it with condensed milk, adding Milo until you have a lethal, thick, crunchy paste. Delicious!

I love Milo, but really don't like Nestle's hot choc. You have to add about half a cup of powder to get the hot choc to taste like choc!

No way are we talking about the same red container?? That is the only hot chocolate that doesn't taste like cheap fake non-chocolate.

I must say Milo powder is delish with vanilla ice cream though...

1 x Blender
2 x banana
1 x generous scoop Gino Ginelli vanilla ice cream (there is no substitute)
2 x table spoons Milo ( or Cadbury's chocolate powder, in the purple container )
Milk to make mixture to your preferred drinking thickness
Ice blocks

All in the blender, hit the power, salivate for a few seconds, pour and enjoy

:D

4 teaspoons of milo in a mug, a little bit of hot water to dissolve the milo, and then fill with steaming milk. I find sugar makes it too sweet
