How do you sell this with confidence?

How many more times am I going to get disconnected? I'm about to sell this technology to 2 customers. How do I confidently say , "yes it works"? No incident reports, no answer yet from helpdesk, after 12 minutes. This is not good.

I would firstly do a few things:

1. Get an iBurst reseller to test the signal strength in your area

2. Check incident reports

Where I live, I can't get Suchtech, but I did my homework and saw on iBurst roll-out page that my area is covered.

3. Check that it's not your laptop or PC that's causing the problem.

4. Your modem might be faulty.

The list goes on.....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Sytze sounds like a reseller: "I'm about to sell this technology to 2 customers", so I expect that Sytze knows all about signal, ut-spot, and other stuff to get the most out of the connection...

I agree Sytze, you can't - I have stopped selling it, my own iBurst experience has also taken a major dive in speed - today 4hours to download a 68mg file locally. Lost the connection three times. Customers are now calling saying they feel they are getting ripped off with this shocking poor service [WBS]. The ripple of discontent could soon turn into a huge wave.

Sigh here we go again, its taking me forever to get anything done here.
I genuinly feel like i had the piss taken out of me when i purchased this product.
So how much can i sell my modem for? I think Iburst took a bok out of Telkom when it comes to Customer service.
I wouldent sell this product to anyone as it has major teething problems or they are in it to make a quick buck, AKA sentech/
