How do you set up Cell C router VPN

I need to run both a 192.168.1.X and 192.168.0. lans. I believe a VPN set up on the router will do this. Anyone know how?

I understand you would like to run a VPN, what is the router model no?

Why do you need to run 192.168.1.X and 192.168.0.X lans

Are you not talking about VLAN?
