I phoned the MTN service centre in Brooklyn, Pretoria twice, just to make sure!!!!
"Yes sir we do have stock of the new HSDPA data card, and, more than enough, so, no need to keep one out..."
Yeah right!!! In the age-old MTN tradition they didn't have stock when I arrived, BUT they didn't even know about the new MTN branded E620 data card!
They wanted to give me some other kind of air card that can support HSDPA...
But I forced the sales consultant to log on to mtn.co.za so that they can see what I'm talking about!
Vodacom is exchanging their customers' old 3G cards in for free, but we have to pay, but THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY TO SELL!!!!!
How can a company like MTN be so pathetic...? I cannot imagine that they keep on getting away with it....
