Your Teklom DO package will give you a certain amount of "Blended" bandwidth.
Teklom will also give you a login and a password which will be installed into your router, and your router will automatically log in as that user when you switch it on. You can change this by logging into the router's configuration website.
This "Blended" bandwidth is just Teklom telling you that you will be consuming your allocated international bandwidth if you dare to use local bandwidth.
Once you use up the Blended part, you will now be in the land of Local-Only bandwidth, where you will have tons and tons of Local-Only bandwidth available to use, but .. not much to use it on.
You may at any time go to any of the other ISP's and purchase more international bandwidth, that ISP will give you a new login and password, and you will have to either:
1 - Log onto the Router configuration website and change the login and password that it uses to the new ISP's login and password.
2 - Simply start a new dial-up connection on your computer using your new login and password, and it will connect through the ADSL modem to your ISP for you, and only for you.
You can order more bandwidth from Teklom, but you must be careful and speak very slowly and carefully and double check what you're buying from them, they have a tendency to subscribe you to a package, which is not what you want to do, as you are already subscribed through the DO product.
You can order from any other ISP that you like.

I use Teklom for my first 5 GB (On their 3GB package), and then use an AXXESS prepaid account for the rest of the month. The prepaid account's don't expire at the end of the month. I also use a Semi-Shaped account for playing games overseas.
