How does fair vs excellent coverage influence service quality?

Hi. The new coverage maps are up now. I fall on the edge between fair and good coverage.

Will the coverage degree as rated by neotel on their maps influence connection speed?

What will the coverage degree (fair, good, excellent) mean in terms of the quality of the Neoflex service?

This is the Muther City you know, it even takes Debonairs 9 mths to deliver a pizza...

Cape Town has a rather protective approach to its Environment and the impact that new masts / towers and basestations have can be negative @ the EIA / LA stage.

It will take significantly longer to roll out in the tourist haven because of CT's vision...

Just a thought - use it don't use it.
