hi. Im new to this forums and it seems awsome :).

I am currently playing wow on a free server (burningwow 1x) but its a bit too problematic :/. i would just like to know how these gamecard things work.

thanx :)

Well you buy them and register your game and the game card on the official website of WOW either EU or US depending where you play.
The game registration comes from the code on the original package etc.
The gamecard is like airtime on phone unlmited calls but only for 60 days.
You manage your account from the WOW login page and enter the gamecard to get airtime to play and tadaa all is good.
Hope this helps, only on here because the World Server is down or somethig like that.

thanx alot.

how much will an original wow cost me? or can i just buy a new CD key for my current wow?

You can download the game or copy it from someone you know or from the wow europe site. Then you setup an account on the website and buy the first package online... instant(ish) activation.

Its a little confusing because it asks you to download the game before it shows you account detail screens but if you push the download button it will take you to a payment screen first. After thats been done successfully just stop the download. Your bandwidth will thank you for doing that.

Btw> setup a new account because everything wow is pretty much server side and if you're not on the paying landscape they won't see your toon.
