Another Question.

How does the whole setup work I know you get the phone and everything but where do you plug it in? Sorry for this stupid question but I really dont know.

And where do you plug the internet in via the usb or ???
Reason I'm asking is because we have to computers and we want both connected to the Internet so I do have a Ethernet Lan Web safe Router (HUB). Will I be able to plug it into the Ethernet and connect both computers to it?
 
When you order, you get a device that connects to Neotel via a wireless connection. You don't plug it in (accept for the power of course).

It connects to your pc via a usb connection. So you wont be able to use your router to share the connection to multiple computers, unless you make it a shared connection.
 
My boss's daughter (my fiance) tried Neotel, and it honestly sucks! Downtime daily!

Please make sure you read more threads than just the Neotel FAQs before making a decision. Personal experiences, and countless cases recorded here of the utter incompetence of Neotel staff, and also reports on the state of the Neotel network is what these forums are here for.

Please make an informed decision based on this.
 
Thanks for all your comments, I dont think Im going for Neotel anymore to many bad stories about them. I think Im going to upgrade my 384 line to a 4096 and then get the uncapped service for R800 from Axxess. Then I want to transfer or what ever you call it my line to Axxess becuase its a R100 cheaper than Telkom.
