How does one log into their neotel email?

I go to their site, try to log into mail, but doesnt accept user or password? I assume the password is the default 1234 type thing?

As a side note, I also can't use the Neoconnect manager to connect to the internet, is says error 691: invalid user or password. Are these related?
I've been connecting via creating a new connection through windows. I also have the 1X problem and LITE speeds as opposed to being connected with EVDO on my PRIME UNLIMITED.

Are any of these things connected?

Your default neomail password is not 1234. It's usually your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format. Check your welcome letter (the one that came with your phone) to make sure. On the issue of the neoconnet manager, I suggest you go to the settings and manually type in '1234' in the password field then try again.

I don't think your authentication problems are related to your 1X issue.

Nope, DOB doesn't work for email. I got my phone at a postnet, it didnt have a welcome note with it.

The neoconnect manager works now...which is weird, cos it wasn't working before! (i didnt change anything)

Had Neotel for 6/7 months and have never even bothered with the email since trying to log in when I first received the device. Even phoned in and they reconfirmed the login details etc.. still comes up "incorrect username and or password" but not really bothered tbh.

I think I also encountered the same error. Never bothered to get it sorted out because with broadband it's just better to have web-based e-mail (like GMail) then an e-mail address that comes from your ISP. Oops! meant telecoms provider
