How does one reset your password on PS3/PSN?

As above, but the problem is, that the email account i had at the time, i don't have anymore? So now need to change my details, but can't remember my password or reset it. Conundrum. If i create a new account, do i have to change the sign in details, and then back to my old one? If so, i have the password problem again. Eish, any advice will help.

Can't you just change the email address linked to the PSN usrrname?
