How does SAIX & IS speed work ?

Hi

If i download a single file with SAIX i get 52KB/s but i download a similar or same single file (uncached by my proxy) with IS i get 100KB/s, what's the thing with SAIX that download accelerators only work to get full speed ? Problem is IS timeouts a lot while downloading files from certain sites. This is on a 1Mbit connection.

Well since IS uses satelite connection as well, could explain the burst in speed and timeouts....and since saix is telkom and they're having traffic overloads once in a while....

wish I had 1mbit connection...
