how does Super-Pi work?

hi guys,

i was just wondering how does the above program work and how (if it does) it OC?

if anyone knows pls reply 'cause i'm OC'ing my Q6600
 
Huh?

Basically SuperPI runs calculations and times how long it takes a PC to complete. The quicker the better.
