How does telkoms soft capping work?

well ive read about telkoms soft capping on their accounts, but i just want to know how it works cause its nearly end of month and i want to squeez every gig out...at 6gbs to get the best....

Any btw which post do i look for the usages for current month.

All usages take place in a certian pool. If your account is within a pool that alot of people leech all the time. You'll prolly only get your 2gig or 3gig .. maybe little more. If you fall into a pool that has almost no leechers, u might get 6-8gigs


But its very random now.... u might get 2, u might get 5

Um, the Telkom soft capping policy has changed.

1GB accounts get you 1GB
2GB accounts get you 4GB
3GB accounts get you 6GB

They also installed realtime tracking, so your connection will be killed at those figures and capped.

Even that isnt set in stone. At the moment the amount you get might be double what you pay for but that can change.

January they kicked me of a day before the end of the month on 9 and a half gigs... with a 3 gig account.. Damm this skype video!
