How far will you go for 10mb ADSL? Some peeps I heard is talking about canceling there uncapped accounts so that they can have 10Mb adsl. Talk about dumb people. Why have 1gb and 10mb adsl if you going to be using it up in like a week. Rather stay with 4mb uncapped and use more cap. Also the axxess Uncapped express is to expensive and they cap your speeds if you within 20%.

What does line speed and caps have to do with each other? Not everyone is interested in seeing how much they can use - for some people being able to grab stuff fast is more important than being able to grab a lot of stuff.

I want both!! To grab it faster and then move on to the next grab..... Just say I like a lot ;)

I still think it's pointless having a fast 10Mbit line when you can easily (and in some cases, accidentally) destroy your cap in a couple of hours.

Everyone has different needs so lets respect that.
I am currently on 4mb uncapped with MWEB and having only done 25GB so far this month I am now re-evaluating whether I should rather go for a high cap account where I can get 8mb speeds.
At least we have choices we didn't have 12 months ago

I disagree - personally I'd find being able to patch and update games or grab TV episodes in less than half the time I can now to be a completely reasonable reason to go for a 10mbps line, even though I can't see my overall useage rising ince I'm already getting all I want out of it.

Granted, 1 gig isn't nearly enough, but give me a 10mbps line and a 50 gig cap for less than what I'm paying now and I'd be as happy as a pig in mud. Bear in mind that on a 10mbps line you could blow through 50 gigs in little more than half a day...

Sorry how much is it for a 50gb at the moment?

This upgrade means jack to me because i am staying on uncapped 4 meg, tv episodes can download over night, games can update pretty fast. I would rather have uncapped with a possible 200gb+ than 50gb. I guess it does not help downloading 720p series :D. Chows through gb's chop chop

You can get 10mb/s Uncapped from almost any of the ISPs that offer uncapped.

All you need to do is purchase multiple accounts, for example if you have a 10mb/s line get 2 x 4mb/s Uncapped products, as the actual accounts tend to be slightly faster than the mentioned speed you'll be pretty close to the 10mb/s mark.

That is if you have enough money of course.

Think i'll still stay with my 4mbs uncapped until my Line is fully stable at 10mbs. But still 4mb is good enough for now

i can just imagine 10MB for myself.. all those HD shows!
normally takes me 50 min to download a 1.5GB movie..

if i would get the upgrade, then its 20mins per 1.5GB..wow!

i salivate about that then i remember that in japan they have 100 MB lines for R200 monthly

4mb during the day and unshaped at night and weekends uncapped would probably be the best solution
