How good is Active Fibre's service?

Active Fibre has more attractive pricing compared to Home-Connect and I can't find many reviews on them. Just wondered if anybody has/is using them.

I'm with them and 90% happy. My 100mb line was up and down yesterday, with last night not even hitting 1mb at one point. I sent them an email and have yet to get a response though.

Overall they have been good though, uncapped and unshaped, no FUP

I am with active fibre since 2018 in JHB. Their service is top notch. Small ISP and you get to know the tech support people quiet well.

Only if they had an app for their ISP and also WhatsApp messenger support...they would compete with bigwigs like afrihost.

They are prompt and their networks are not congested. I recently upgraded to 20mbps from 10mbps line on vumatel.

Very happy subscriber.
