After being with Afrihost for years, I had to move to a different ISP due to availability where we moved. Now, finally I can go back, however it appears the task of migrating back to Afrihost on Route Networks is a problem? Route advised everything is fine and configured on their side, and Afrihost keeps telling me to connect to the activation page, however without the router connecting, that task is close to impossible...it appears there is no connectivity to Afrihost.
Please help

Rest assured. Your issue will be resolved now.

After a couple months of fantastic connectivity, it looks like we are back to square one...
login.afrihost.com page popping up stating my dhcp config is incorrect, and the ip address I am getting is not supposed to be mine any more.

Confirmed with provider that ONT is still configured with that same static IP Initially provided to get me online. The moment it's changed to DHCP, no connectivity at all.
Weird thing is, youtube and browsing to certain sites still work, however some sites and especially game services don't. I cannot connect to the office as there is apparently no internet.
