If you prefer them unsalted you buy the unsalted ones. For me it's salted nuts all the way.I enjoy nuts, but the manufacturers seem to put salt on everything, including the ones with raisins.

That's far too low. I can get 424mg from egg.100 g of multigrain Provita biscuits contains 6.8 mg of cholesterol.
