Awesome! Terrible.. Great! Useless.. Fast! Slow..

It seems like you guys are continually tinkering with settings, can't make a decision on shaping rules, constantly 'upgrading' some type of infrastructure or fixing some problem which "will never happen again because now we're getting X and Y and and.."

Great job on all your efforts to improve SA internet, but you're gaining a quick reputation of being very unreliable, whereas I'm starting to view WebAfrica as the more stable ISP in SA. (backup account, aka old faithful)

I don't mind if you shape the service to infinity, but please, give us a persistent service level so we can at least make a decision on it's value.

hmm, usually the CPTown customers on Mweb have the best experience...have you emailed Mweb support to ask them to look into this?

My account has had no problem what-so-ever, I max out my line all day everyday, I don't even know what "business hours" mean. Either way, I am sorry this is happening, I can imagine how frustrating this can be, hopefully an Mweb rep replies and maybe they can fix this.

My 4meg Home Mweb acc: 92,937.55 for January to date

Not really pushing, but - as we're still online I consider it uncapped. Both are Torrent/Usenet/Email/Browsing. Complain more, then go ahead and pay more for whatever the hells it is you may be downloading that requires Terabytes on a home use account

The graph is just a representation of how I feel the service performs, not an actual log; I was only able to download 380mb's for the entire of last night on two different news servers, otherwise I've only done 12gb's this month.

I'm not complaining or expecting to be able to download Terabytes of data - I'd just like a more consistent service.

At the moment going online is simply a gamble if I'll be able to play online games, or download something to watch.
