I have embarked on the process of changing ISPs in the Vuma fibre space. Vodacom to Afrihost...line is dead as at 00:00 1 Sept...but line only to be released @11am on the 5th Sep..maybe (never mind to activation process still to come)...Literally preventing the customer from using the line. If this was once off here and there maybe they could get away with "it takes time"....but it looks like this is the norm, and even longer...How has no an Icasa level issue?? in the world of digital this could be cost the users heavily in mobile data to even resulting in lost jobs. Dont be me started on calling anyone to escalate or help...

Yeah...I would like to see a specific T&C that covers this...I havent seen anything in the Vodacom T&C that even mentions line release.

No one uses Vodacom as a fibre provider thats why no cases have been lodged

So true, choose the internet service provider with the worst support possible. Own up to your original mistake and please choose a better ISP. Do not even try Webafrica they don't have support you can talk to anymore.

Should add Vodacom to this site as well : https://webafricasupportforum.co.za/
