How is Kalahari.net with returns?

I've never ordered from them before, heard bad things though.

I'd use takealot but their phone section sucks donkey dicks in SLi.

So, how is Kalahari with returns?

If I tell them upfront that if it doesn't suit my specific needs, I must return it and order a more expensive alternative, will they be all like, 'lol no'.

Besides it was well priced and as such I have no problem paying the author's salary.
