It's fine. They have lifetime warranty on all their memory products.
All companies that sell memory modules are simply selling modules based on chips made by one of the major memory corporations. The important thing is the memory chips used, not who made the module. Some chips overclock better, others can run at lower voltages, etc. Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to track because most manufacturers even switch chips within the lifetime of a product.
You shouldn't get caught up in brand. Focus on speed, latency, voltage and warranty. I only buy from manufacturers that offer lifetime warranty because these days everyone offers it. If they don't then there is reason to question their product IMHO.
