Hi Guys
I am currently on Telkom ADSL home unlimited and Vumatel Fibre is set to go live in the next few weeks.
Looking at the prices they are relatively the same so looking at saving time and just switching my current ADSL to fibre (either same speed or go up to 20Mbps). Also if i can get connection and installation free even on contract i don't mind signing.
On ADSL their customer service is Hit and miss depending on who you speak to but so far i have had good support and everything else's i have been fine with , I think i only got close to FUP once.
Since they managed both the line and the ISP it was easier to deal with them i guess,
Any one on Vumatel using Telkom as the ISP - how is your experience with them on Fibre as just the ISP?
