How is this possible on my 4mb uncapped?

:confused: Like it says on the title ..

1st pic is a international test on my 4mb line..(did a few of 5 test and avrg is between 3.8-4.2mbs)

2nd is a National test (same on 5 test i did..but speeds are between 3.3-3.49mbs)

Are you complaining or boasting? I can't really tell.
 
IS has plenty of international bandwidth, they've always lacked local IPC backlinks, mostly due to Telkom stalling etc


Currently South Africa is in the situation where we have more international bandwidth than we have national bandwidth...

What is your 4mb line syncing at? If you're able to get > 4Mbps consistently then chances are you're syncing at more than 4mb.

It's just Telkom,Mweb,Afrihost ..all told me 3.6mb is the most ill get on my exchange ..

Seeing it only goes up to 4mb and not 10mb :/

Note this..Mweb doesn't give me these results..but my Test Plugg account does
