How long after processing an upgrade request should you get a call from MTN?

U should have just walked into a MTN Sore & walked out witha phone ( unless u changing the contract)
 
I know but they didn't have the phone I wanted (Milestone 2), and I was impatient. Then I decided to just go for the Galaxy S and am waiting for them to call so I can cancel the order.
 
1) call 808 get an operator
2) ask to get forwarded to retentions
3) tell them u need an upgrade and ask if they have stock of the particular phone
4) you will then need to fill in some forms and then fax/email them
5) wait
