How long before I can expect my Rain order.

I tested signal at my home and decided it's better than my current solution. Ordered the package online and have a bit of a concern.

There is little to no contact details and I'd just like to ensure I'm at the delivery address for the rica and all that.
 
Your 56K modem must have sucked on your current connection to switch over to rain.

I'm getting less than 56K.speeds.

I'm testing the same with the 7 day uncapped trial. It's beyond sht. I've never used such a slow connection. I'm actually being honest that 56K is faster :p

I'm glad it's working for you though.
It definitely is a money saver, if it works.

To answer your question. I ordered my card from Takealot.
So delivery was different. I did the RICA online though. With help from the @rain_mobile rep.
Send him a pm.
Rain may be sht, but at least their rep is helpful and friendly. I feel for the guy. Must really suck to be in his position.
 
I'm pretty impressed with rain. Had nothing to lose when I threw on a sim from takealot.

I get around 30/20 consistently on 1800. 2600 is useless.

I've got two LTE routers on timer as I'm on the off peak package and it really is worth the R250 a month.

A few things that I don't like though, but won't complain for the price
- no port forwarding
- YouTube 4k is slow to start, shaped but not that much
- Netflix I can't do better than 720p, no 4k/HDR

I have theoretical 5G in the area but nothing to test with. The 4g speed alone is sufficient enough and I have physical line of sight to nearly everything.

How long did your delivery take?

I received the sim card with a takealot order and then just did Rica in 5min.
