Eish, I'm battling to make myself understood...
I am asking about usage once throttled (i.e. beyond the 3GB cap). You have answered the question regarding "if iBurst don't throttle it will I be charged for usage beyond my 3GB cap."
I'm assuming that WBS will become quite good at implementing the throttle.
I'm worried about what happens after that (e.g. for the last three weeks of the month when I'm downloading 10GB at 64k.

I am not saying there will not be errors made on our behalf. These will be repaired.
If things dont break, we will not know where repairs are needed and what preventative measures need to be in place.
