So I applied for iBurst Wireless using their application form (from their site) and faxed the completed form as well as all the relevant documents through to them, but still haven't heard anything. It's been 5 days. How long should it take?

took 2 days with me dude... Dont expect great movements it is after all i burst we talking about, Give them a ring and ask where is the APP ??

Hi Ritalin

Please SMS me your name and the number you faxed to.

I will sort this out today.

Thanks

at least Shaun green from Iburst is helping where he can... That i must say is pretty cool you dont geta lot of companies who are online waiting for a problem to help out

+1000 for you buddy ;)

Yes.
I had to send everything through again, but it seems like it's being sorted out. Thank you for the quick response. :)

Response times

The fastest we have ever had someone up and running (as in the hardware installed, email set up, websites loading) was just over 2 hours. In cases where customers want a 24 month contract, this requires credit vetting which takes about 1 to 3 hours during business hours. If you want iBurst up and running fast, and with minimal hassles, don't forget the resellers. The goods ones (yes there are still a few bad apples around but not too many nowadays) will offer a superior turn around time AND will often install etc free of charge depending on your specific needs and circumstances.

I retract my previous comment!
I'm still waiting..
I phoned them this morning to find out why I'm still waiting and it turns out they needed a more recent payslip. Fine, no problem, but nobody bothered to let me know. I've sent through 3 months' worth of banking details and I might get it tomorrow..
This is the 3rd time I had to fax stuff through - I'm getting quite annoyed..

Assume you 've been sorted?

Got the modem yesterday.
It seems fine and the connection is faster than I'm use to. The dashboard doesn't update though (uploaded, downloaded), but shows that I'm connected. I could check on the iBurst site though, which did show all the relevant bits. Funny that the dashboard doesn't..
