how long do 8. ta take to approve a contract.

HI guys

Anyone had experience in applying for a contract thru 8ta - do they approve the contract while u r in the telkom store?

Yup. Took me 30 mins in greenstone (greenside? I forget) mall.

Just take 3 month bank statement, proof of residence and 1 months payslip and you should be good.
 
Not if you are in the claremont store. First I stand in a queue for 1hour. Then takes them another hour to sort out my application. Their photo copy machine broke so the guy ran around scanning my docs one at a time, and then once the process was complete, they tell me my application needs to go thru a credit check. Fine. I wait a few days... Get a phone call telling me I don't have credit references so my application was turned down. I was like, wtf!!! I have a credit card and several contracts under my name. So moving on to another provider.
