How long does it take to convert to Telkom DO 3

Hi All.

im currently on Do 1 (384line with 1gb). i converted my line on thursday 2 July 2009. ... how long does it take to covert the line to DO3 (4m line & 3gb).

what can i do to speed up things

It might be that your exchange does not support 4mb speeds ...... coz from what I've read, it's usually the same day, if not instant.

Now what happens if my exchange does not support 4mb, are they upgrading the exchange?

They may but that can take any amount of time ... I think I've seen chaps complaining about it taking months to do. Best bet would be to phone the idiots (aka Telscum) and ask about the exchange ....... and if 4mb isn't supported, how long will it be until it is supported.
